Recipients

James Marsh graduated from the U.S. Naval Academy at Annapolis, Class of 1950. He retired as a Colonel of U.S. Marines.

After earning the Distinguished Service Cross in North Africa in 1942, Clarence Mohler was Killed in Action in France on June 29, 1944.
