Robinette, United States Navy, for distinguished service in the line of his profession as Assistant Naval AttachŽ stationed at Stockholm, Sweden, where he was able to establish a news service in Sweden for the benefit of the Allies, which all the representatives from other allied powers had been absolutely unable to accomplish.
