Willmot (MCSN: 107702/0-1777), United States Marine Corps, for extraordinary heroism while serving with the Forty-Seventh Company, Fifth Regiment (Marines), 2d Division, A.E.F., in action near Barricourt, France, November 1 – 2, 1918. Sergeant Wilmot established an outpost under heavy enemy fire and by cool leadership and unusual daring effected the capture of a hostile machine gun and five prisoners.
