No. 43, W.D., 1918), First Sergeant Robert Roger Robinson (ASN: 1329074), United States Army, is cited by the Commanding General, American Expeditionary Forces, for gallantry in action and a silver star may be placed upon the ribbon of the Victory Medals awarded him. First Sergeant Robinson distinguished himself by gallantry in action while serving with Company C, 105th Engineers, American Expeditionary Forces, in action in the Bois de Consenvoye, Argonne Sector, France, 30 October 1918, in volunteering to cut down some trees to clear a field of fire.
