Kellog (ASN: 1375419), United States Army, for extraordinary heroism in action while serving with Battery A, 122d Field Artillery, 33d Division, American Expeditionary Forces, near the Bois-de-Bantheville, France, 30 October 1918. Having been sent on a reconnaissance, Corporal Kellog reached the enemy lines and returned with information of great value.
