No. 43, W.D., 1918), Private First Class Morris Dublinsky (ASN: 552617), United States Army, is cited (Posthumously) by the Commanding General, 3d Division, American Expeditionary Forces, and a silver star may be placed upon the ribbon of the World War I Victory Medals awarded him. While serving with Company M, 38th Infantry Regiment, 3d Division, American Expeditionary Forces, on 15 July 1918, during the Battle of the Marne, near Mezy, France, with entire disregard for personal danger, Private First Class Dublinsky brought in two seriously wounded comrades amidst heavy shell fire.
