(Citation Needed) – SYNOPSIS: Lieutenant General Richard Martin Scott (ASN: 0-24964), United States Air Force, was awarded a Bronze Oak Leaf Cluster in lieu of a Second Award of the Air Force Distinguished Service Medal for exceptionally meritorious and distinguished service in a position of great responsibility to the Government of the United States as Adjutant General of Pennsylvania from 1979 to 1987.
