(Citation Needed) – SYNOPSIS: Brigadier General James Horace Isbell, United States Air Force, was awarded a Bronze Oak Leaf Cluster in lieu of a Second Award of the Legion of Merit for exceptionally meritorious conduct in the performance of outstanding services to the Government of the United States, culminating as Commander, 2d Air Force Reserve Region, with headquarters at Andrews Air Force Base, Maryland, from 1963 to 1967.
