(Citation Needed) – SYNOPSIS: Brigadier General Jack Norman Donohew, United States Air Force, was awarded a Fourth Bronze Oak Leaf Cluster in lieu of a Fifth Award of the Legion of Merit for exceptionally meritorious conduct in the performance of outstanding services to the Government of the United States as Director of the Inter-American Defense College, Fort Lesley J. McNair, Washington, D.C., from 1966 to 1967. The singularly distinctive accomplishments of General Donohew and his dedicated contributions in the service of his country reflect the highest credit upon himself and the United States Air Force.
