(Citation Needed) – SYNOPSIS: Colonel Julius Pickoff (AFSN: FR-4937), United States Air Force, was awarded a Second Bronze Oak Leaf Cluster in lieu of a Third Award of the Legion of Merit for exceptionally meritorious conduct in the performance of outstanding services to the Government of the United States from 11 January 1965 to 31 August 1967.
