(Citation Needed) – SYNOPSIS: Brigadier General Donald Frank Stace, United States Army Air Forces, was awarded the Legion of Merit for exceptionally meritorious conduct in the performance of outstanding services to the Government of the United States as Commanding General, Guam Air Depot, from 1945 to 1946.
