(Citation Needed) – SYNOPSIS: Major Kim Kyong Jin, Republic of Korea Army, was awarded the Silver Star (Posthumously) for gallantry in action while leading his battalion of the 9th Republic of Korea Division against elements of two Red division on high ground near Chorwon, Korea, on 11 October 1952.
