The President of the United States of America, authorized by Act of Congress, 20 July 1942, takes pleasure in presenting the Legion of Merit, Degree of Officer to Commandant Joseph G. M. Molinie, Army of France, for exceptionally meritorious conduct in the performance of outstanding services from 1940 and 1941 and December 1942 to January 1945.
