Marshall Quesenberry graduated from the U.S. Military Academy at West Point, Class of 1915. During World War II he was captured during the fall of Bataan in the Philippine Islands, survived the Bataan Death March, and spent the remainder of the war as a Prisoner of War of the Japanese. He retired in 1947 as a U.S. Army Colonel.
