The Secretary of the Army of the United States of America takes pleasure in presenting a Bronze Oak Leaf Cluster in lieu of a Second Award of the Army Commendation Medal to Specialist Jeffrey (Jeffery) Wilson, United States Army, for exceptionally meritorious achievement while assigned to Bravo Company, 299th Engineer Battalion from July 2002 to February 2004. Specialist Wilson’s motivation, dedication and tireless efforts while serving as a Combat Engineer in the “Dog Pound” Platoon reflect great credit upon himself, the 299th Engineer Battalion, the 1st Brigade Combat Team, and the United States Army.
