Graves, United States Army, was awarded the Legion of Merit for exceptionally meritorious conduct in the performance of outstanding services to the Government of the United States while serving with the U.S. Army Logistics Center, Fort Lee, Virginia, from 31 August 1972 to 31 August 1982.
