The President of the United States of America, authorized by Act of Congress, July 2, 1926, takes pride in presenting the Distinguished Flying Cross with Combat “V” (Posthumously) to First Lieutenant Albert Richard Wilson (AFSN: FV-3119382), United States Air Force, for heroism while participating in aerial flight while serving with the 310th Air Commando Squadron, 315th Air Commando Wing, SEVENTH Air Force, in Southeast Asia on 18 May 1966.
