Specialist Dobner contributed immeasurably to the success of the unit mission during combat air assault operations in Iraq. His extreme professionalism and soldierly service are in keeping with the highest traditions of the military service and reflect great credit upon himself, his unit, the 101st Airborne Division (Air Assault), and the United States Army.
