Private Byron Wayne Fouty, United States Army, was captured when his patrol from the 4th Battalion, 31st Infantry Regiment, 10th Mountain Division, was attacked in Al Taqa, Iraq 12 May 2007, and was held as a Prisoner of War until his death while still in captivity.
