Baker, United States Army, for exceptionally meritorious service as a Military Working Dog Handler for Special Operations Task Force – Southeast from 12 July 2010 to 1 April 2011, in support of Operation ENDURING FREEDOM. Sergeant Baker’s outstanding dedication to duty during combat operations in Afghanistan contributed to the overwhelming success of the Command’s mission. His actions are in keeping with the finest traditions of Military Service and reflect distinct credit upon himself, the Combined Joint Special Operations Task Force – Afghanistan, the Combined Forces Special Operations Component Command – Afghanistan, and the United States Army.
