    (Citation Needed) – SYNOPSIS: The President of the United States of America, authorized by Act of Congress July 9, 1918, takes pleasure in presenting the Silver Star (Army Air Forces Award) to Wing Commander Peter McCallum Paull (SN: 270815), Royal Australian Air Force, for gallantry in action against the enemy while serving with No. 7 Squadron, Royal Australian Air Force, in aerial operations in the Southwest Pacific Theater of Operations, in World War II. The gallant actions and dedicated devotion to duty demonstrated by Wing Commander Paull, without regard for his own life, were in keeping with the highest traditions of military service.
