(Citation Needed) – SYNOPSIS: The President of the United States of America, authorized by Act of Congress July 9, 1918, takes pleasure in presenting a Bronze Oak Leaf Cluster in lieu of a Second Award of the Air Force Distinguished Service Medal to Lieutenant General James Frederick Jackson, United States Air Force, for extraordinary achievement while participating in aerial flight as Deputy to the Chief of Air Force Reserve, Headquarters U.S. Air Force, Washington, D.C., from 2010 to 2012. The singularly distinctive accomplishments of General Jackson and his dedicated contributions in the service of his country reflect the highest credit upon himself and the United States Air Force.
