(Citation Needed) – SYNOPSIS: Lieutenant General Martin Grimes Colladay, United States Air Force, was awarded a Bronze Oak Leaf Cluster in lieu of a Second Award of the Air Force Distinguished Service Medal for exceptionally meritorious and distinguished service in a position of great responsibility to the Government of the United States, culminating as Deputy Chairman NATO Military Commission, from 1975 to 1977.
