    The President of the United States of America, authorized by Act of Congress, July 2, 1926, takes pleasure in presenting the Distinguished Flying Cross to Staff Sergeant Ceibert Clyde Bragg, United States Army Air Forces, for extraordinary achievement while serving as an engineer-gunner on a B-26 airplane on twenty-five bombardment missions over enemy occupied Continental Europe during World War II. Sergeant Bragg was of invaluable assistance on these missions dispatched against vitally important enemy positions. His unselfish devotion to duty and marked aggressiveness are symbolic of the highest ideals of the United States Army.
