The President of the United States of America takes pleasure in presenting a Second Bronze Oak Leaf Cluster in lieu of a Third Award of the Air Medal to Sergeant David F. Haulman, United States Air Force, for meritorious achievement while participating in sustained aerial flight with the 6990th Electronic Security Group, Electronic Security Command, Kadena Air Base, Japan, from 16 June 1982 to 21 October 1982. During this period, the airmanship and courage exhibited by Sergeant Haulman in the successful accomplishment of these important missions, under extremely hazardous conditions, demonstrated his outstanding proficiency and steadfast devotion to duty. The professional ability and outstanding aerial accomplishments of Sergeant Haulman reflect great credit upon himself and the United States Air Force.
