The President of the United States of America, authorized by Executive Order 11046, 24 August 1962, takes pleasure in presenting the Bronze Star Medal with Combat “V” to Specialist Jamie Lee Guttenberg, United States Army, for extraordinary heroism in ground combat against an armed enemy on 25 February 1991 while serving with Headquarters Company, 1st (Tiger) Brigade during Operation DESERT STORM.
