Stephen Wilson was commissioned through the Reserve Officer Training Corps program in 1981 upon graduation from Texas A & M University. He is a command pilot with more than 4,500 flying hours and 680 combat hours. On July 22, 2016, he received his fourth Star as an Air Force General, and was appointed the 39th Vice Chief of Staff of the United States Air Force.
