(Citation Needed) – SYNOPSIS: Major General James Thomas Rubeor, United States Air Force, was awarded the Air Force Distinguished Service Medal for exceptionally meritorious and distinguished service in a position of great responsibility to the Government of the United States as Commander, TWENTY Second Air Force, Dobbins Air Force Base, Georgia, from 2009 to 2011; and subsequently as Special Assistant to the Commander NORAD-USNORTHCOM for Reserve Matters, Peterson Air Force Base, Colorado, from 2011 to 2013. The singularly distinctive accomplishments of General Rubeor culminate a long and distinguished career in the service of his country and his dedicated contributions reflect the highest credit upon himself and the United States Air Force.
