Leonard Randolph entered the Air Force in 1970 while attending medical school at Meharry Medical College. He graduated in 1972 as a distinguished graduate and a member of the Alpha Omega Alpha National Honor Medical Society. He retired in 2003 as a U.S. Air Force Major General.
