David Morehouse received a Direct Commission in the Department of the Judge Advocate General, U.S. Air Force Reserve, in 1960. From 1991 to 1993 he served as the 10th Judge Advocate General of the Air Force. He retired in 1993 as a U.S. Air Force Major General.
