Lee Levy was commissioned through the Reserve Officer Training Corps program in 1985 upon graduation from Louisiana State University. In 2009 he was appointed a U.S. Air Force Brigadier General. He received his second star in 2014, and in 2015 received his third star as a Lieutenant General.
