Lecleir, United States Air Force, was awarded the Distinguished Flying Cross for extraordinary achievement while participating in aerial flight while serving as a member of the Air Force Advisory Team ONE, DaNang Air Base, Republic of Vietnam, in action against the enemy during 200 combat missions over Southeast Asia from 1971 to 1972.
