(Citation Needed) – SYNOPSIS: Brigadier General William Gregg King, Jr., United States Air Force, was awarded the Air Force Distinguished Service Medal for exceptionally meritorious and distinguished service in a position of great responsibility to the Government of the United States as Director of Special Projects, Office of the Secretary of the Air Force, Los Angeles Air Force Station, California, from 1969 to 1971.
