Charles Dunlap was commissioned through the Reserve Officer Training Corps program in 1972 upon graduation from St. Joseph’s University, and was admitted to the Bar of the Supreme Court of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania in 1975. He retired in 2010 as a U.S. Air Force Major General.
