Buhrow, United States Air Force, was awarded the Legion of Merit for exceptionally meritorious conduct in the performance of outstanding services to the Government of the United States, culminating as Assistant Deputy Director of Deployment Operations, Joint Deployment Agency, MacDill Air Force Base, Florida, from 1980 to 1982.
