The President of the United States of America, authorized by Act of Congress, July 2, 1926, takes pleasure in presenting the Legion of Merit to Lieutenant Colonel Stanley P. Latiolais, United States Air Force, was awarded the Legion of Merit for exceptionally meritorious conduct in the performance of outstanding services to the Government of the United States with the Far East Air Forces in Korea, from 26 June 1950 to 20 October 1950. The singularly distinctive accomplishments of Lieutenant Colonel Latiolais reflect the highest credit upon himself and the United States Air Force.
