Osborne (ASN: 0-392552), United States Army, for heroism at the risk of life not involving conflict with an armed enemy while serving with Headquarters Battery, Division Artillery, 41st Infantry Division, in action near Dot Inlet, New Guinea, on 17 August 1943.
