(Citation Needed) – SYNOPSIS: The President of the United States of America, authorized by Act of Congress July 9, 1918, takes pleasure in presenting the Distinguished Service Cross to Chef de Battalion Leon Terrasson, Army of France, for extraordinary heroism in connection with military operations against an armed enemy while serving with First Division Blindee, French Army, in action against enemy forces in Germany, from 28 April 28 through 1 May 1945. Chef de Battalion Terrasson’s outstanding accomplishments, personal bravery and zealous devotion to duty exemplify the highest traditions of the Armed Forces of the Allied Nations.
