Carl Constantine enlisted in the Coast Guard in 1957 and graduated from Radio School in Groton, Connecticut. From 1981 to 1986 he served as the FOURTH Master Chief Petty Officer of the Coast Guard. He retired from the Coast Guard in 1986.
