(Citation Needed) – SYNOPSIS: Lieutenant Harold E. Dvoracher, United States Navy, was awarded the Distinguished Flying Cross for extraordinary achievement while participating in aerial flight as Commanding Officer of a Liberator Bomber in Bombing Squadron ONE HUNDRED FOUR (VB-104), over the Solomon, Gilbert and Caroline Islands from 4 December 1943 to 8 January 1944.
