Morrow, United States Navy, was awarded the Legion of Merit for exceptionally meritorious conduct in the performance of outstanding services to the Government of the United States as Officer-in-Charge of the U.S.S. LCT 152 in the Anzio-Nettuno area, Italy, during January and February 1944.
