Dulan, United States Navy, was awarded the Distinguished Flying Cross for extraordinary achievement while participating in aerial flight as Navigator for a plane in Patrol Bombing Squadron ONE HUNDRED THIRTY-SIX (VPB-136) over Paramushior Straits on 16 August 1944.
