(Citation Needed) – SYNOPSIS: Captain Justin H. Dickins, United States Navy, was awarded the Legion of Merit for exceptionally meritorious conduct in the performance of outstanding services to the Government of the United States during World War II. Captain Dickins assisted in advancing planning in connection with formation of logistic groups, selection of types and numbers of escorts and the preparation of operations orders covering needs of the combatant units and bases in the Atlantic.
