Keogh (NSN: 5100502), United States Navy, was awarded the Distinguished Flying Cross (Posthumously) for extraordinary achievement while participating in aerial flight as aircrewman in Patrol Bombing Squadron ONE HUNDRED SIX (VPB-106) over Borneo, Celebes, Malaya, and Indo China from 27 April 1945 to 24 May 1945.
