Robbins (NSN: 0-125068), United States Naval Reserve, for extraordinary achievement while participating in aerial flight . Attacking enemy ships in Kahili Harbor, 17 July 1943, Lieutenant, Junior Grade, Robbins contributed materially to the sinking of three Japanese warships and four auxiliaries and shooting down of 49 aircraft.
