(Citation Needed) – SYNOPSIS: The President of the United States of America, authorized by Act of Congress July 9, 1918, takes pleasure in presenting the Distinguished Service Cross to Chef de Battalion Felix J. M. Finatduclos, Army of France, for extraordinary heroism in connection with military operations against an armed enemy while serving with 7th Regiment de Tirailleurs Algeriens, French Army, in action against enemy forces in France, during August 1944. Private First Class Finatduclos’ outstanding accomplishments, personal bravery and zealous devotion to duty exemplify the highest traditions of the Armed Forces of the Allied Nations.
