(Citation Needed) – SYNOPSIS: Electrician Charles C. Coleman, United States Navy, was awarded the Navy and Marine Corps Medal for heroic conduct in enemy controlled waters during World War II. Electrician Coleman contributed to the successful completion of four war patrols, resulting in the sinking of 61,677 tons of enemy shipping and the damaging of an additional 30,210 tons.
