Sellers, United States Navy, was awarded the Legion of Merit for exceptionally meritorious conduct in the performance of outstanding services to the Government of the United States from February 1966 through January 1968, as the Navy member of the Short Range Branch, Strategic Plans and Policy Division, Plans and Policy Directorate, Organization of the Joint Chiefs of Staff.
