(Citation Needed) – SYNOPSIS: Captain Norbert E. Aubrey, Jr., United States Navy, was awarded the Legion of Merit for exceptionally meritorious conduct in the performance of outstanding services to the Government of the United States as Head, Submarine Placement Section and Nuclear Power Personnel Program Manager, Bureau of Naval Personnel, from May 1963 to June 1965, for his supervision of the expansion of personnel requirements of the Navy’s rapidly expanding nuclear-powered Fleet.
