(Citation Needed) – SYNOPSIS: Commander Julien J. LeBourgeois, United States Navy, was awarded the Legion of Merit for exceptionally meritorious conduct in the performance of outstanding services to the Government of the United States as Administrative Aide to the Deputy Chief of Naval Operations, Plans and Policy, from December 1962 to July 1965. Commander LeBourgeois contributed materially in matters of major importance in the security of the United States.
